TROLLLLLLL! Get Your Gear Ready, ‘Trollhunter’ Will Be on the Move Next Week TROLLLLLLL! Get Your Gear Ready, ‘Trollhunter’ Will Be on the Move Next Week

It feels like it’s been forever since we first dropped our City of God prints about a month ago to help officially launch the business, but since that release we’ve been eagerly awaiting to show you all our next set of prints and provide you with details on when you can buy it.

Yesterday, Blurppy.com officially unveiled our first print set for André Øvredal’s awesome Norwegian flick Trollhunter (aka Trolljegeren) by artist Chris Weston. If you haven’t seen this movie then I suggest finding a way watch it. It’s a highly creative and fun flick about a group of students who investigate mysterious bear killings in Norway only to discover that the man who is hunting these bears is actually hunting trolls.

Trollhunter was one of my top 10 favorite films of 2011 and is a movie that has rarely disappointed anyone that I’ve ever recommended it to. It’s for these reasons why we felt it absolutely deserved a screen printed makeover and was thrilled when Chris Weston said yes to the project.

We will be releasing two prints for the film, both of which measure 24”x36”, and they will be made available through the FAMP Art website on October 21st at a random time between 3pm and 8pm EST. The regular (English) version will have a run of 145 prints and will cost $45, the variant (Norwegian) version will have a run of 70 prints and will cost $60. There will be a limit of one per person per household.

If you know anyone that loves this movie be sure to tell them about this print, we’re confident they’ll love it.

Check out the art below and be sure to follow us in some way shape or form to find out exactly when the prints go on sale.
